This is a Gulf Oil Co. educational mailer from 1953.

Nick drew this tutorial on the fine art of parallel parking. Nick says he was great at parallel parking before drawing this tutorial. Afterward, he tried to follow the information in the tutorial and couldn't parallel park. His wife would stand on the sidewalk laughing at him.

Printed on a 17 x 11 sheet, it would be folded to 8 1/2 x 11. Then it was folded into 3rds for mailing.
